Motherhood

Weekend with the kids.... they can be so sweet and such a pain in the ass at the same time. Last night, they were sooo goood at a dinner party at a friend's parents house... One watched the baby nephew, one served at the table... oh hell! They volunteered for these duties! It makes a Mommy proud.

Tonight of course they started a pinching fight on the way back from the ladies room in a fancy downtown restaurant! Blech! What to do? Punish them? They really were sooo good earlier in the weekend. Maybe we kept them out too late the night before, maybe I should have accompanied them to the bathroom (although they do like to go about 20 times a dinner (exaggeration!)). I don't know. I am going to sleep on it. Crud!
