Here is my turkey in its brine. Yikes that bugger was heavy.


Yes this really is my disgusting fridge.... that turkey sat there for 15 hours.....

But it was soooo pretty when it came out of the oven.

Looks great - what did you brine it in? We did an apple cider brine which is deelish!

brown sugar, kosher salt, lemon, rosemary, thyme, bay and pepper. I am getting ready to brine a turkey breast this weekend!
