Yucky

The hubby and I had a lovely dinner last night... We went out to the Plaza Cafe in Southampton. We had the very tasty tasting menu with a wine pairing for each course.

The problem... I spent the day out on the patio in the sun and was probably a bit dehydrated. Oh and I ate more food at that one meal than I have eaten in about 2 days combined....

End result? When I came in...I layed down on the bed for a second... the second I got horizontal my body rebelled and all that food and wine came pouring out of me. YUCKY POO!

Not only did I ruin a fabulous evening... but for all my efforts to watch what I am eating and the obvious vomiting has not resulted in the loss of a single pound!
