She has been begging to use this crap for an age.... and for those of you who want to avoid it... it is Color Pulse... they advertise in catalogues and magazines for girls all over the place.
In her goth mode, she asked for black... this is what she got. Worse she actually likes it!!!
Can you say REVOLTING?! Why does this girl always have to learn everthing the hard way?

The best thing about hair is that it keeps on growing. Cut it, color it, perm it, whatever. Creative hair is much better than anything permanent like piercings or tattoos. Tell her it looks sweet and buy her a pastel purple accessory. Then she'll hate it.
