Does anyone else out there have a preteen daughter that they wish they could deck for her bad attitude on oh.... a daily basis....
Please someone, tell me it will pass...
And what antidepressant/antipsychotic/painkiller I should be on until it does?

My almost 13-y-o is driving me CRAZY. Everything I say or do is wrong. She wants to argue constantly. She used to be so happy and funny and now she's moody and negative.

You have my sympathies. I am currently attempting to civilize the third fille and wondering what possessed me to think I was remotely capable of doing this.
Drugs and alcohol do NOT work, insanity however seems attractive alternative.
