Fun night

Well, we have had quite an evening... Around 8pm, the Civil Defense sirens went off... Whee! This meant that we spent the next half hour in the girls bathroom. It is small, but it has no windows, has the original foundation which is super strong and of course is reinforced to handle the tub and other fixtures.

The girls were not aware of the procedures one follows when the sirens go off because we live in the City of Chicago and we are supposed to be safe from this crap...

Of course that was before global climate change. Sigh.
