Last Night's Dinner


Lamb chops with an herbed mustard breadcrumb crust, lemon risotto and sauteed artichokes and baby asparagus.... Yummmy!

For dessert, Imelda made a mango coconut upside down cake.

It has been an age since we have all cooked together as a family.

Today of course, I am left with a ton of dirty dishes and no help from the rest of them. Oh, and they will be expecting dinner soon. Back to normal!
